With the film “Gabbar Singh”, the expectations on Harish Shankar touched the peaks. He aimed to continue the pace with the film “Ramayya Vastavayya”. Even though, this flick caught the attention of youngsters, it failed to mint coins at the box office.
Harish Shankar himself declared the final results of “Ramayya Vastavayya” saying that this film is a flop. He mentioned that the timing and the publicity aspects turned down the film’s success. It is a noted fact that both Harish Shankar and Dill Raju faced the heat of media before the release of “Ramayya Vastavayya”.
Speaking further about this venture Harish Shankar strongly stated that he is completely responsible for the failure of this flick. Even though, Harish openly accepted the aspect, he may not be consulted by the top producers as he accepted the defeat.
