'Pawan Kalyan' - Hero Of The Year 2013

Pawan Kalyan has become the 'star of the year' for Tollywood in consecutive years. After Gabbar Singh topping the charts in 2012, it is Attarintiki Daredi's to walk away with all the honors this year. Pawan Kalyan has the biggest hit in Telugu cinema history under his name now. He has two films in all time top three hits and the other one is also with a mega hero, Charan.

We can simply say that Pawan Kalyan has scored the biggest hit of the year. But once we look at the difference between his film and the film that stood second on the list, we can understand the power of Pawan Kalyan at the box office. Last year's biggest hit was Gabbar Singh with a share of Rs. 62 crores. The film that stood second in 2012 is Ram Charan's Racha with Rs. 45 crore share. The difference between them is Rs. 17 crores. Gigantic, isn't it?

This year's biggest hit is Attarintiki Daredi that collected a share of Rs. 75 crore. The film that is at the second on the big hits list is SVSC, with a share of Rs. 52 crore. The difference between these films is Rs. 23 crore. This shows that a hit movie of Pawan Kalyan can go beyond expectations. Not to forget the circumstances that AD released in. It has been put to test with every possible problem that can kill a movie's run. And still it has created history. We fondly call him Power star and the biggest stars are generally labeled as Superstars. But due to his sheer dominance and never ending charisma, Pawan Kalyan should be called the Super Power of Telugu Cinema. What say?
