Story:
Nani played a role of VARUN & Samantha Prabhu played the role of Nithya.They were friends from their school days.Nithya has an habit of getting angry on small things.An usual tendency of a typical young girl.Their friendship continues through college days.They will get attach to each other so much that their Friendship will get convert in to Love.
VARUN has two siblings.One elder brother and one younger brother.The elder brother’s love will get fail due to their family middle class status.This situation will awake VARUN and makes him realise about his responsibilities in his life towards his family.Between Nithya comes from a rich background and obviously she doesn’t have any responsibilities and she loves VARUN to the MAX.Varun tries to distance himself from Nithya to get settle in life and for the sake of their parents.He gets a seat in IIM kozikode,Kerala.After few years,Varun comes back and searches for Nithya.He gets a good job with a good package.
There will be a slight clash between them again and ego feelings will erupt.Again they get separate.Later on, how they both manage themselves and overcomes that ego feelings and get together is the rest of the story.
Highlights:
All the actors performed quite naturally.Nani’s performance as a school kid and a college lad is superb.Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s performance is awesome! She has proved again why she is treated as No:1 in Tollywood & Kollywood.Krishnudu’s situational comedy and punch dialogues is superb.Not but not the least, the direction from Gautham Vasudev Menon is ultimate.The Music by Ilayaraja is superb.Songs are situational with lot of romantic flavour.Background score is good.
Negatives:
Gautham always tries to show the ‘LOVE’ in various forms with an happy ending.I often wonder how much percentage of lovers(either a boy or a girl) will wait for each other for years together by sacrificing their families and career.
Finally :
Overall this is a good movie to watch.A pleasant clean love story with a message involved in it.A complete youthful entertainer.On a lighter side,we should wait and see,how much % of childhood friendships will turn in to a love relationship in the present day techie scenario!!
