After sacrificing her chances of captaincy numerous times for other contestants, Shilpa Shinde has finally become the new captain of Bigg Boss 11 after winning the Ghar Aye Gharwale task. The captaincy has come at an apt time for Shilpa when getting safe from nominations might mean direct entry to the grand finale.
If all goes well, the Bhabhi Ji acto r in all probability will enter the grand finale after getting safe from next week's nominations.
Last time around, Shilpa was on the verge of becoming a captain, but she voted for Hina Khan instead. But this time, it was a well-earned one as she impressed the family members of the contestants with her cooking skills, and performed well in the ignore task as well.

Meanwhile apart from Shilpa, Hina Khan and Vikas Gupta are the other favourites to win the show.
